  • Complete general handyman repairs, including doors, locks, drywall, painting, fixtures, hardware, and other building components.

  • Report issues requiring professional repair to the appropriate supervisor or property manager.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work independently while maintaining communication with management and property representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate completed work and outstanding issues.
  • Follow all applicable workplace health and safety requirements.

  • Strong practical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to speak, read, and write English effectively.
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license – travel throughout the Niagara Region is required.
  • Your own basic hand tools suitable for general maintenance and repair work.

  • The ability to interact respectfully and professionally with tenants, residents, property managers, contractors, and clients.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive wages, based on experience and qualifications.
